Dr. Marilyn Carroll is the Founder and CEO of Carroll Beck, LLC a Talent Acquisition and Consulting Company. She has a Ph.D. in Business and Technology with a Leadership Specialization, an MBA in Global Business. She teaches and lectures on the following topics: Career Strategies, Business Strategies, Leadership, Management, and Organizational Behavior and Development. Dr. Carroll has over 20 year’s management, coaching, and education experience.
Previous to starting her entrepreneurial ventures she was Group Vice President, SunTrust Bank, Wealth and Investment Management. She has served on several non-profits boards and committees, including CASA, United Way Women’s Leadership, Tocqueville Society and United States Business Leadership Network.
Dr. Carroll has written four books, and is in the process of completing a 5th book, “Devil in the Shadows, the Corporate Bully.”
Dr. Carroll is a resident of Dallas. She is the visionary behind several start-ups including two in Dallas, Carroll Beck, LLC and Swipe for Education which recently launched a series of programs based on career management best practices for success.
